What are your candles made from?
All LKN Candle Company candles are hand-poured in small batches using a premium coconut apricot wax blend, high-quality fragrance oils, and thoughtfully selected ingredients to provide a clean, luxurious fragrance experience.
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Lake Norman, North Carolina.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I'll be happy to help make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email meghan@lkncandle.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Why does my candle look different from the photos?
Because each candle is hand-poured, slight variations in appearance may occur. Natural wax variations, frosting, or minor imperfections are normal and do not affect the performance or quality of your candle.
Why does my candle have small imperfections on the surface?
Our coconut apricot wax blend is natural and may occasionally develop slight cosmetic variations due to temperature changes during shipping or storage. This is completely normal and will not affect how your candle burns.
How can I get the best burn from my candle?
For the best experience:
- Trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn.
- Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Always follow the safety instructions found on the bottom of your candle.
