Shipping + Returns

Shipping

All orders are carefully hand-packed and shipped from Lake Norman, North Carolina via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as LKN Candle Company is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Any packages returned to sender will require additional postage to be reshipped.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, LKN Candle Company is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

To help protect our candles during warmer months, shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted to prevent products from sitting in hot warehouses or delivery trucks over extended periods.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all candle, wax melt, and home fragrance sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to me. If your order arrives damaged or if you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at meghan@lkncandle.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will gladly work with you to make it right.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


A Note on Handmade Products

Every LKN Candle Company product is hand-poured in small batches using premium ingredients. Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, color, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Our signature coconut apricot wax blend is beautifully creamy and may occasionally develop minor cosmetic imperfections during shipping or temperature fluctuations. These variations are normal and do not affect the performance, quality, or safety of your candle.

Every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.
